We (YesLet Canada) sell pre-owned collectible media items. As such, we claim no rights whatsoever to any of the items we sell, unless those items are new items on consignment from the original artist(s). In this special case* the artist(s) are owners of the intellectual rights, not YesLet Canada.
*For example, new Swing Shift Big Band recordings, which we distribute under an agreement with Swing Shift Big Band.
