Polish band from Hillside new Jersey. Bernie Witkowski û Bernie Wyte û was born in New York, a fourth-generation clarinet player. His talent didnÆt stop with playing the clarinet; he also played sax, accordion, flute, drums and organ, wrote the music & lyrics to songs, and led a very successful band (with his own record label). He studied music at New York University where he received an M.A. degree. He was inducted into the International Polka Hall of Fame in 1971.
