It's an old line, but if you don't know much about Harry Connick Jr., you haven't been paying attention.  He's sold a bunch of records (north of 30 million), made a bunch of movies (Memphis Belle, Hope Floats, Bug..), done some broadway shows (Pajama Game, On A Clear Day), some TV (Will & Grace, Law & Order, Harry) and generally dabbled in everything he's felt like dabbling in...with his unique mixture of intensely relaxed professionalism that always steals the show.  He has toured the world with a big band, a trio or just solo...and finds time to compose & arrange and do instruction videos and voice acting while raising funds for charities...did I mention American Idol?  A truly giant talent.
